2006 Le Reve Rose Sparkling Wine

The term Le Rêve, French for “the dream,” is reserved for our most exquisite sparkling cuvées. Le Rêve Rosé is a wine of singular beauty, produced in limited quantities.

It is a cuvée of the very best of our estate Pinot Noir and estate Chardonnay, and with the 2006 vintage, its fourth release, these noble varietals are found in equal proportions.

Delicate notes of fraise des bois (wild strawberry), nectarine blossom, tangerine, honeycomb and a touch of toast lead to an exceptionally luxurious finish. At once elegant and generous, the wine beckons immediate enjoyment, and will reward those with the patience to age it still further with added complexity.
