Watermelon Rosé Fresca

SINGLE SERVING
● 2 oz watermelon juice
● 3/4 oz elderflower liqueur
● lemon wedge
● 4 oz Domaine Carneros Brut Rosé
● Sparkling water
● Garnish: watermelon, lemon, edible flowers

1. Add watermelon juice, elderflower liqueur, a squeeze of lemon juice and Domaine Carneros Brut Rosé to a cocktail glass with ice.
2. Top off the glass with sparkling water and stir.

If desired, garnish with watermelon, lemon and edible flowers.

HOW TO MAKE WATERMELON JUICE
Cut off rind from one watermelon and cube the flesh. Add cubed watermelon to a blender and blend until smooth (you may need to add a splash of water). Use a fine mesh strainer over a pitcher and pour the watermelon mixture through the strainer. Using a wooden spoon or spatula press any excess juice. Pour the watermelon juice in an airtight, sealable jar and use over the next few days.
