Shipping Disclosure: Non-Direct States

Non-Direct States (also referred to as 3 Tier States): These are states that do not allow wine to be shipped directly to their residents. Wine purchases must go through “three tiers” before it reaches the customer. We first ship their wine to a distributor, then to a retailer and then on to the customer. Taxes are paid at each stop. This process is complicated, lengthy and expensive.

WINE CLUB SHIPMENTS
To help decrease the expense of shipments, 3 Tier Chateau Society Wine Club Members will now only receive 2 shipments a year. One in May and one in November.

WINE ORDERS (Non-Wine Club Orders)
For wine orders outside of Chateau Society Club Shipments, please expect orders to take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. If you have placed a wine order to a Non-Direct state, and would like to know the status of your order, please call us at 707.257.0101 EXT 128. We are available to take your calls between 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. PST, M-F.
