This is a unique and impressive way to pop the question, celebrate an anniversary, or simply to make someone feel special. We offer personal service at a private table for two on the château’s balcony, with a glorious view of the surrounding vineyards. Enjoy a tasting of our beautifully crafted sparkling wines and a Pinot Noir accompanied by a selection of local artisan cheeses to enhance your sensory experience. As a parting gift, you will receive a bottle of Le Rêve Blanc de Blancs and two Domaine Carneros logo wine flutes. |
Connoisseurs Tasting - $85 per person (Allows 6 to 12 Guests)

Your private tasting will begin with a warm greeting in the château’s grand foyer with a glass of vintage Sparkling Cuvée. After a brief introduction to the winery, you and your guests will be invited to relax and enjoy a seated tasting of three sparkling wines and three Pinot Noirs. The selections will be composed of current, library and limited release wines. Thoughtfully chosen artisan cheeses or hors d’oeuvres will complement the tasting. Before your departure, the host will receive a signed, limited release bottle of wine to take home. Our way of saying we hope your experience was memorable!Allow approximately 60 minutes for the tasting.
Create Your Own Cuvée - $2,000 for 1 to 6 Guests.
Offered Year Round
Experience an in-depth look at sparkling wine production while participating in the creation of your own sparkling cuvée. Your party will taste sparkling wines at various stages of maturity to learn and understand the complex and delicate evolution of sparkling wine in the bottle. You will have the opportunity to select from a special group of reserve dosage components to create a vintage sparkling wine reflecting your own
personal style and taste. Once the perfect blend is selected, twenty four bottles of your personal cuvée will be produced, labeled and delivered to the group host within eight weeks of the visit.**
Following your work as a winemaker, relax on either our grand terrace overlooking the stunning Carneros vineyards or cozy up next to our fireplace with a glass of bubbles or Pinot Noir and a plate of expertly paired artisan cheeses. Before your departure, the host will receive a signed, limited release bottle of wine to take away for future enjoyment.
