This wine opens with aromas of brioche, toasted coconut, lemon meringue, coastal floral Queen Anne’s Lace, and candied ginger. The palate continues with enchanting flavors of cherry pie, nectarine compôte, and almond. Even in its youth, our 2021 Single Vineyard Brut shows bright entry with beautiful elegance of soft delicate bubbles that lead to a textural finish. It will age gracefully if you have the patience to wait.

Our winemakers suggest pairing this vintage with double or triple cream cheeses, potato leek soup, pan-seared pork chops, gnocchi with cream sauce, or mushroom risotto.
