Blanc de Noir: A white sparkling wine made from 100% "black" Pinot Noir grapes, this wine opens up with wonderful notes of apple blossom, raspberry, lychee, and biscotti. The palate is soft and round with enticing flavors of Rainier cherry, peach, and a hint of toasted almond. The acid on the entry is bright and fresh, providing nice structure and generous mousse.
