Cheers to the pleasures of the French table. Our newest Bubbles & Bites menu celebrates the flavors and traditions of France, from Parisian café classics to Burgundy-inspired braises, each brought to life alongside expressive wines from our Carneros estate.
Founded by the Champagne Taittinger family, Domaine Carneros has been fluent in French pairings since 1987. Joie de France brings that heritage to the table in a delicious new way, to reveal something new in both the dish and the glass. This menu features four savory bites and one sweet finale thoughtfully matched with our best-loved sparkling wines - Ultra Brut, Estate Brut Cuvée, Brut Rosé - and for the first time, our Estate Pinot Noir.
Led by our seasoned Wine Educators, this elevated pairing experience is an invitation to savor one of France’s finest traditions: the simple joy of good food, good wine, and good company.

Ratatouille Crostini
Eggplant, zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion braised in tomato sauce with herbes de Provence over crisp crostini.
Paired with 2020 Ultra Brut
Toasted Farro with Wild Mushrooms
Farro tossed with pan-seared wild mushrooms, caramelized shallots, thyme, and rosemary, finished with Parmesan.
Paired with 2022 Estate Brut Cuvée
Mini Croque Monsieur
A petite take on the beloved Parisian café classic, with Black Forest-style ham, Gruyère, and Dijon béchamel, toasted golden brown.
Paired with 2022 Brut Rosé
Coq au Vin
Tender chicken thighs braised in red wine with smoky bacon, pearl onions, and cremini mushrooms for a rich rendition of the Burgundian classic.
Paired with 2023 Estate Pinot Noir
Tarte Tatin Bite
Caramelized green apples wrapped in flaky, buttery puff pastry.
