  • Spiced-Coffee Rub

This spiced-coffee rub is delicious on a pork tenderloin or on-the-bone chops, and perfect for your next backyard barbecue! The warm spice notes and ripe cherry core of our Avant-Garde Pinot Noir are a heavenly match.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon finely ground coffee
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Delicious on a pork tenderloin or four on-the-bone chops!

Instruction

Prep Tip: Combine all dry ingredients. Brush pork with a tablespoon of olive oil before evenly applying rub at least two hours before grilling.
