How do I make a reservation for a tasting or tour?

Please call 800.716.2788 ext 150, 9am-5pm. Tasting reservations are available from 10:00am – 5:00 pm (4:30pm for Chateau Society members) daily up to 30 days in advance. Your reservation will be confirmed via email. Please note guests will be given a 15 minute grace period after the reserved time before the reservation is cancelled. Please call if you are running late and your customer service representative will see if they can re-schedule for a later time depending on availability. RESERVE NOW

Our daily tours are at 11am, 1pm and 3pm. We additionally have a 4pm tour on Saturday (June – October). To make a tour reservation please call (707) 257 -0101, ext. 150. REQUEST A TOUR

Note: Online tasting reservations must be completed 2 hours prior to your requested appointment. Online reservations are not available for groups of 8 or more. Please call (707) 257 -0101, ext. 161

How much time is allotted for my reservation?

In order to provide a high-quality experience for all guests, reservation slots are 60 minutes (90 for Chateau Society members). Your server will remind you when you’re nearing the end of your reserved time. Note: Last reservation is 5:00 pm (4:30pm for Chateau Society members).

Can I pre-order pairing plates or wine when making my reservation?

Yes, simply include your order in the notes section of the online reservation form, or tell your customer service representative via phone.

Are children allowed at the winery and can they come on a tour?

Anyone under 21 years of age visiting the winery must be accompanied by an adult. When making a tasting reservation the number in your party must include children who will be seated in chairs. Guests joining our daily tours at 11am, 1pm and 3pm must be at least 21 years of age.

Are pets allowed?

We allow certified service animals only.

Do you have a picnic area?

We do not have picnic grounds. Visit Napa Valley will be able to provide a list of picnic sites in the area.

Do you have a restaurant?

We do not have a restaurant but Domaine Carneros is one of the few wineries which offers table service. We offer cheese, caviar, and smoked salmon pairing plates. We also recommend the nearby The Carneros Inn and Boonfly Cafe for dining options.

Can I bring my own food with me?

Unfortunately our permit does not allow for outside food to be brought in.

How many people can you accommodate for a tour and tasting?

We have many options available for groups of 6 or more. To speak with someone regarding tour or tasting options, please contact our Guest Relations Associate. Email or call (707) 257-0101, ext. 161.

Does Domaine Carneros host wedding ceremonies or receptions?

Unfortunately our Napa County use permit does not allow it. The Visit Napa Valley will be able to provide a list of wedding sites, caterers, photographers and florists in the area.

Does Domaine Carneros allow for wedding photos or other special occasion photography to be taken at the winery?

We are very sorry but we do not have the staffing capacity to ensure a wedding party is properly directed and cared for during the photography session. For your special day, we would prefer you are looked after with the utmost attention! The Visit Napa Valley will be able to assist you with location recommendations.

I am looking for a romantic venue for a marriage proposal. Do you offer any special packages?

Yes! One of our Specialty Offering packages is called The Sparkling Suite. It offers a wonderfully memorable experience for a marriage proposal (anniversary or other romantic occasion) with personal service at a private table for two on the château’s balcony.
