If we regard our Estate Brut as our orchestra, this Late Disgorged Le Rêve is the virtuoso soprano, pitch perfect and masterful, showcasing our estate grown Chardonnay, predominately the vineyard blocks surrounding the Château.

Tasting Notes
Profound aromatics of honeycomb, macadamia nut, ginger, and brioche leap from the glass. Layer upon layer of crème brûlée, fresh pineapple, poached pear, yuzu, white peach, and lemon curd echo on the palate, the voluptuous mouthfeel beautifully counterbalanced with lifting acidity. Additional cellaring has elevated this spectacular 2013 bottling into the realm of transcendent!
