2021 Entre Amis Vineyard Pinot Noir

This is the debut Pinot Noir released from our newest vineyard, Entre Amis, just a short mile south of the winery. The vines enjoy an unobstructed view of the San Pablo Bay where they encounter a near constant breeze from the Pacific in addition to the maritime influence of the bay. As the name "Entre Amis" states, this wine is meant to be shared among friends.

Tasting Notes

Aromatically, the nose bursts with a mixture of red and black fruits featuring red currant and boysenberry. The palate delivers a juicy entry intertwined with silky tannins, notes of hibiscus, and saddle leather. Spending 16 months in barrel, this 2021 vintage lends a youthful tension that balances the supple tannin with its firm acidity. This inaugural release beckons enjoyment now or can be cellared to further its complexity.
