This merry-making Pomegranate Cocktail recipe is topped with Domaine Carneros Estate Brut, making it the perfect way to kick off any holiday gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. (30 ml) pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 oz. (15 ml) Grand Marnier
  • 3 oz. (90 ml) Domaine Carneros Estate Brut
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Instruction

Pour the pomegranate juice and Grand Marnier into a chilled cocktail glass or Champagne coupe. Top with the sparkling wine and stir gently. Garnish with few pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.

Makes 1 drink.
