Time for Sparkling Happy Hour!

Named for a French field gun, the timeless French 75 originated at The New York Bar in Paris in 1915. The sublime balance of our Ultra Brut takes this sophisticated tipple over the top.

  • 1 1/2 ounces Gin
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Chilled Domaine Carneros Ultra Brut to top
  • Lemon twist for garnish


Pour gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice into cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled flute, top with Ultra Brut sparkling wine, and garinish with a lemon twist.
