Why should I join the club?
Château Society members enjoy exclusive benefits at Domaine Carneros, including a selection of our Wines delivered seven times per year (including a magnum for the holidays) or available for pickup at the winery. Club members have access to our private club room and scenic terrace on weekends, enjoy complimentary tastings on each visit, two complimentary winery tours annually, access to members-only events, first access to limited releases and rare library wines, discounts with local hotel partners, and exceptional savings of 10-20% on wine purchases, 20% discount on all retail gift items, plus 20% off elevated experiences when visiting the winery. Additional benefits are available for tenure at 5 years, 10 years, and 20 years of membership!
I just joined the club, when is my first shipment?
Welcome to the Château Society! Your first shipment will be included in our next scheduled release, please refer to our Shipment or Pickup 2026 calendars: here. We deliver seven times per year and have a pickup calendar for every other month, including a magnum just in time for the holidays.
What are the discounts?
Wine Purchases:
• 10-20% on club shipments (varies by club level)
• 10% on 1-5 bottle purchases
• 10% on large format bottle purchases
• 15% on 6-11 bottle purchases
• 20% on 12+ bottle purchases
• 25% on 12-bottle case reorders of current shipments
At the Winery:
• Complimentary tastings for 2-4 guests (varies by club level)
• 20% on wine by the glass and bottles
• 20% on cheese, caviar, and food service
• 20% on elevated tasting experiences
• 20% on merchandise and gift sets
Shipping: Members of 4, 6, and 12 bottle clubs receive 25% off to fully included shipping.
How do I reorder my club selections?
Order online through your member account, call our wine club team, or visit the winery. Enjoy 25% savings on 12-bottle case reorders of your current shipment!
What is the average Château Society release price?
Release prices vary by club level (2, 4, 6, or 12 bottles) and the wines included. Members save 10-20% on all club shipments, with discounts based on your membership tier. Pricing details are provided before each release, please refer to our Shipment or Pickup 2026 calendars: here.
Why can't I swap out certain wine selections?
Some wines are specially allocated or limited production exclusively for Château Society members. While we accommodate preferences when possible, certain selections may be unavailable for substitution.
Can I customize my wine club shipment?
Yes, we offer some limited flexibility based on preferences and inventory. Contact our wine club team to discuss customization options for each release.
How do I access my member discount for online purchases?
Log in to your member account on our website. Your Château Society discount automatically applies at checkout based on your club level and purchase quantity.
How do I update my credit card or address information?
Update online through your member account or contact our wine club team. Please update in advance before your next shipment.
Can I pick up my wine club shipment at the winery?
Absolutely! If you're a shipping member, you'll need to contact us in advance of your next charge date. Schedule your pickup visit within the timeframe allocated for your pickup month. Enjoy a complimentary tasting or wine by the glass and leave with your wine club selection. We do offer curbside pickup by reservation and calling ahead.
Can I skip or postpone my membership?
Contact our wine club team in advance of the next club release date to discuss skipping or postponing a shipment. You may put your membership on hold and skip up to 3 selections in one year before your membership becomes inactive.
How long does a Château Society membership last?
Memberships require a commitment of two shipments minimum and continue ongoing with seven annual shipments. Additional benefits apply at 5,10, and 20 years of membership!
How do I cancel my membership?
Contact our wine club team to discuss cancellation. We ask that you fulfill your initial membership commitment of two shipments.
Can I give club membership as a gift?
Yes! Contact our wine club team to set up a gift membership featuring our finest Napa Valley Sparkling Wines delivered seven times per year.
Can I visit the Club Room/Terrace Without a Reservation?
In order to provide the best service, reservations are required in advance. RESERVE NOW. All visitors must be 21 or older.
How Do I Make a Reservation For a Tasting?
Call 800.716.2788 ext 150, 9am-5pm for personal assistance or online. Tasting reservations are available from 10:00am – 5:00pm daily up to 30 days in advance. Your reservation will be confirmed via email. Please note guests will be given a 15 minute grace period after the reserved time before the reservation is cancelled.

Note: Online tasting reservations must be completed 2 hours prior to your requested appointment. Reservations are available for groups up to 8. Please call (707) 257-0101, ext. 128 to speak to a reservationist about your group.
Where will I be seated?
Our exclusive club room and club terrace are open on Saturday and Sunday for Château Society members. During the week you will enjoy our expansive front terrace or cozy salon unless you have reserved a premium experience such as our food & wine pairing, which is held in the Jardin d'Hiver. Specific seating requests placed in the notes of a reservation cannot be guaranteed.

What is your Return Policy?
We stand behind the quality of our wines. If you receive a bottle that is corked, flawed, or damaged, we are happy to replace it or issue a refund. If the original vintage is no longer available, the bottle will be replaced with the current vintage release of the same wine or a comparable wine of equal value.
Refunds approved within 90 days of purchase will be credited to the original form of payment. Refunds approved after 90 days will be issued as a winery gift card. All refund requests must be accompanied with proof of purchase.
