  • Jamaican Jerk Rub

Summertime and the cooking’s easy! Our Jamaican Jerk Rub recipe is perfect for shrimp, salmon, or chicken. The juicy peach notes in our Brut Rosé make an excellent sparkling wine pairing for dinner!


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Seasons four portions. Perfect for shrimp, salmon or chicken.


Prep Tip: Combine all dry ingredients. Pat the chicken or fish dry with paper towels and apply the rub evenly at least 30 minutes prior to grilling. Complement the vibrant brown spices with a fresh peach or mango salsa.
