Seasonal and delicious, you can't go wrong with these 3 simple ingredients for a refreshing dessert on a hot summer day!

Per Serving

  • 2 scoops peach sorbet
  • 4 oz Domaine Carneros Brut Rosé
  • Fresh mint sprig for garnish

Setup:

  • Chill champagne flutes in advance
  • Scoop sorbet into glasses just before serving
  • Top with bubbles and garnish with mint
