Fruity and floral, Elderflower liqueur compliments the citrus and herb flavor of Aperol. Top it off with bubbles and you have a delicious and bright cocktail, sure to impress!

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Aperol
  • ½ oz Elderflower liquor (St Germain)
  • Domaine Carneros Ultra Brut

Instruction

Add Aperol and Elderflower liquor to a glass of your choice. Top with 4- 5 ounces of Ultra Brut sparkling wine (depending on glass size). Enjoy!
