Sparkling Rosé Ice Cream Floats are half elegant cocktail and half delicious dessert. Using sparkling rosé makes these floats extra fruity and refreshing—the perfect drink for your next summer brunch soirée!

Ingredients

  • Humphry Slocombe "Rosé All Day" Ice Cream: With our Brut Rosé base wine as the key ingredient, this unique, refreshing ice cream is available at all Bay Area Humphry Slocombe shops starting June 5 and available to ship nationally on GoldBelly.com (while supplies last).

  • Sparkling Rosé: Because you’ll be pouring the wine over ice cream, be sure your Domaine Carneros Brut Rosé is chilled!

  • Fresh Raspberries: Raspberries, blueberries or strawberries will all make a great garnish.

Instructions

  • Add two scoops of ice cream to two wine glasses.
  • Fill glasses with sparkling rosé.
  • Garnish the top of your float with fresh raspberries and mint.
  • Serve, sip, and enjoy!
