  • Sparkling Rosé: Because you’ll be pouring the wine over ice cream, be sure your Domaine Carneros Brut Rosé is chilled!

  • Fresh Raspberries: Raspberries, blueberries or strawberries will all make a great garnish.


  • Add two scoops of ice cream to two wine glasses.
  • Fill glasses with sparkling rosé.
  • Garnish the top of your float with fresh raspberries and mint.
