  • Glass of sparkling sangria with raspberries and peaches

We love this sangria recipe for springtime brunches in the garden with Domaine Carneros sparkling wines!

Making sangria with sparkling wine translates to a lighter and fresher version than the typical red wine-based sangria. We recomend using peach nectar for it's pure peach flavors, but if you can't find the peach nectar, peach juice or even apple juice can act as a substitute.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 750ml bottle of Domaine Carneros Estate Brut or Ultra Brut
  • 4 ounces Vodka
  • 4 ounces Alan Millat Peach nectar, or peach juice
  • 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • Handful of fresh raspberries

Instruction

  • In a large pitcher, combine vodka, nectar, and sparkling wine.
  • Add frozen peaches to the pitcher to keep the sangria cold.
  • Pour into a stemless wine glass, top with a handful of vibrant red raspberries and head to the garden!
  • We love this cute idea of a toothpick or skewer across the top of the glass with raspberries and peach.
