We've partnered with the artisanal Northern California Wine Country based Sonoma Syrup Co. to develop this delicious ruby red sparkling cocktail that's perfect for your holiday festivites all winter long.

The simple 3-step, French inspired recipe below features our classic Estate Brut, Sonoma Syrup Co.'s artisanal White Ginger Syrup, and Cassis Liqueur.



Pour the Cassis Liquer and White Ginger Simple Syrup into a champagne flute, or Crystal Coupe.

Fill the flute to the top with Estate Brut.

Stir if needed and enjoy!
