Blanc de Noir

Produced in limited quantities using the intricate méthode traditionnelle process, our Blanc de Noir is a white sparkling wine made from "black" Pinot Noir grapes. Aged a minimum of three years on the lees, our Blanc de Noir embodies fruity fleshiness with full body and texture. A favorite among many since our first vintage in 1991 when we were one of the first domestic producers to experiment with a Blanc de Noir, this wine is available exclusively at the winery.
