The Late Disgorged Brut Rosé is my favorite because the color is soft and beautiful, yet the flavors are pronounced. Its characteristics with peach preserves, pie crust and a lingering finish make it well suited for food and wine pairings. My bottle of choice is our Ultra Brut! I really like the Ultra because of its crisp and dry flavor - it goes great with seafood like crab, poke, oysters and my favorite, sushi.
