The Late Disgorged Brut Rosé is my favorite because the color is soft and beautiful, yet the flavors are pronounced. My bottle of choice is our Ultra Brut! I really like the Ultra because of its crisp and dry flavor - it goes great with seafood like crab, poke, oysters and my favorite, sushi.
