How do I make a reservation?

Call 800.716.2788 ext 150, 9am-5pm for personal assistance. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. Your reservation will be confirmed via phone or email.

Note: Online reservations must be completed 24 hours prior to your requested appointment. Please call for same-day reservations and for parties of seven or more.

How much time is allotted for my reservation?

In order to provide a high-quality experience for all visiting wine club members, reservation slots are 90 minutes. Your server will remind you when you’re nearing the end of your reserved time. Note: Last reservation is 4:30pm.

Can I visit the Club Room/Terrace without a reservation?

We continue to welcome walk-in members on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that walk-in seating may not always be available.

Can large parties be seated on the Club Terrace?

Parties of six or fewer are welcome to reserve a space on the Club Terrace online or via phone. For parties of seven or more, please call so that we may arrange for a large table. Large parties may also be seated on the Château Terraces, in the Salon or Le Reve Room.

Should I include the number of children when booking?

Yes, the number in your party includes children who will be seated in chairs.

Can we book multiple times for the same day?

To help ensure an exceptional experience for all our visiting members, please limit your reservation to one slot per day.

Is there a limit to the number of reservations I can make during a 30-day period?

To accommodate all our visiting members, we ask that you limit your reservations to once per month. Members who wish to visit more often are invited to join us in the Château Salon or Château Terraces, or in the Club Room as walk-ins.

Can I pre-order pairing plates or wine when making my reservation?

Yes, simply include your order in the notes section of the online reservation form, or tell your customer service representative via phone.

Can we request a specific server?

We will make every effort to honor your request for a specific server. Please note, however, that this may not always be possible.

Can I reserve a table in the Château Salon or Terraces?

Yes. Simply include your seating preference in the notes section of the online reservation form, or tell your customer service representative via phone.

What is the no-show policy for reservations?

We understand that schedules sometimes change suddenly. Please note that guests who no-show three times will lose reservation privileges.
