Blanc de Noirs
Blanc de Noirs, "white from black," is made from dark-skinned Pinot Noir, pressed gently so the juice stays pale. It brings the depth and generosity of Pinot Noir in a bright, golden sparkling wine, a natural match for fall's richer flavors.
Brut Rosé
A blend of 57% estate Pinot Noir and 43% estate Chardonnay, our Brut Rosé gets its delicate color from three days of skin contact and rests at least three years on the lees. Expect strawberries and cream, raspberry, marmalade and orange blossom on the nose, then peach, pie crust and ginger on a dry, creamy palate. Try it with truffle goat cheese, grilled salmon with orange zest or shrimp pad thai.

2018 Le Rêve Blanc de Blancs
Le Rêve, French for "the dream," was Claude Taittinger's dream to make the finest blanc de blancs in the United States. It's crafted from our most prized blocks of estate Chardonnay and aged at least six years en tirage. The cool 2018 season brings pear, yuzu, quince and lemon thyme, with lychee, toasted hazelnut and brioche on the palate. It will keep evolving for decades in the cellar.
