A recipe close to our hearts — Gigi's Roasted Lemon Chicken comes from the mom of one of our team members, a local landscape architect and the kind of cook who makes everything look effortless. The chicken simply sings with our Estate Chardonnay, rich and structured with notes of lemon curd, stone fruit, and vanilla bean. Serve with a favorite salad and a crusty baguette for the perfect main event.
