Rosé. Fresh raspberries. A splash of something herbal and honeyed.

Our 2022 Brut Rosé has always been a wine that loves a moment, and with the Raspberry Rosé Cocktail from Carolyn Pascal of The Social Sipper, it has found a very good one. We've tucked the wine, the mixer, the coupes, and the recipe into a single kit so the only thing left to do is pour.

Raspberry Rosé Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 3-4 raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 1 oz Land + Local Elderflower Mint Syrup
  • 1 oz gin - 3 oz Domaine Carneros Brut Rosé, chilled
  • Mint and edible flowers, for garnish

Directions

  • In a cocktail shaker, muddle raspberries and elderflower mint syrup until broken down.
  • Add gin and ice. Shake vigorously until chilled.
  • Strain into a coupe glass and top with Brut Rosé.
  • If desired, garnish with raspberries, mint and edible flowers.

The Raspberry Rosé Cocktail Kit

We've bundled everything you need to make Carolyn's Raspberry Rosé Cocktail into one elegant kit, ready for your next spring or summer pour.

The star is a bottle of our 2022 Brut Rosé, crisp and creamy with just the right touch of red fruit and a soft floral lift.

Alongside it, an 8 oz bottle of Land + Local Elderflower Mint Botanical Mixer, a sweet, earthy, aromatic syrup infused with wildcrafted elderflowers, organic spearmint from Preston Farms, and organic Meyer lemon juice from DMS Ranch, sweetened with wildflower honey.

A pair of gold-rimmed crystal coupes completes the set, their ribbed texture and art deco silhouette giving every pour a little extra glamour. Hand wash only, naturally.

About the 2022 Brut Rosé

About the 2022 Brut Rosé

On the nose, this Rosé opens with strawberries and cream, raspberry, marmalade, and the subtle floral lift of orange blossom and honeysuckle. The palate is dry and layered, offering peach purée, pie crust, and ginger, all carried by the warm toastiness that only extended lees aging can bring. Creamy, ethereal, and built for celebration.

Produced in méthode traditionnelle from our estate fruit and aged for a minimum of three years on the lees, this vintage is a study in balance.

A blend of 57% estate grown Pinot Noir and 43% estate grown Chardonnay, our 2022 Brut Rosé owes its delicate blush to three days of skin contact with the Pinot Noir juice after harvest. The Chardonnay lends structure and elegance.

Meet Kim LaVere of Land + Local

Kim LaVere is the chef and herbalist behind Land + Local, a Sonoma County line of shrubs, syrups, bitters, and botanical mixers rooted entirely in the seasons and soil around her. A Los Angeles native who spent a decade in New York before trading it all for rural Sonoma County in 2016, Kim studied at the Natural Gourmet Institute and staged at farm-to-table restaurants from Bordeaux to Northern Laos to Southern India before landing on her calling: bottling the taste of place.

Today, her kitchen moves with the rhythm of the local harvest, turning wildcrafted elderflowers, organic herbs, and fruit from nearby farms into botanical creations like the elderflower mint syrup in our Raspberry Rosé Cocktail Kit.

Her work is a love letter to Northern California, and we can think of no better companion to our sparkling wines. Read more about Kim in our Meet the Makers feature here.
